Jill applied to the Dutton Street Market to share her colorful, hand-painted creations with the vibrant, art driven community that is Lowell, MA. She loves how Dutton Street Market showcases rotating brands and felt it would be the perfect opportunity to connect with shoppers in a lively, interactive environment while spreading joy through her ornaments, trees, and art.
