Whether its an intimate gender reveal or your outdoor wedding ceremony, our cakes and desserts are made with less sugar, to bring flavors from the East to make sure any celebration always has room for sweets

I'm a Chinese-American who was born and raised in Boston. I grew up working in restaurants to help out my family which was were my love for the kitchen started. Throughout high school I worked at several dessert shops that made me fall in love with the pastry industry.
I spent a semester studying abroad in Japan which is where a lot of my inspiration comes from.
Why did you apply for Project Pop-Up?
I’d love the opportunity to expand into a new territory while still having the chance to bring my desserts and the flavors of the East to boston. While also having the chance to teach others the fun in cake decorating I’m hoping to bring a little more sweetness into this holiday season!
Having more than just a one day market will give me the chance to offer desserts that wouldn’t normally be possible.
