Posies a la Carte brings a playful flower experience built on the belief that with a little bit of creativity and curiosity, anyone can make something beautiful. Aside from offering traditional flower arrangements, cart rentals, and curated bouquets bars, Posies a la Carte aims to be a space that encourages customers to slow down and enjoy the beauty of the process.

Peggy Blake, a mom of two and former educator, launched Posies a la Carte through her love of fresh flowers. She has a desire to bring more beauty and creativity to special events and every day life.
Why did you apply for Project Pop-Up?
I was drawn to Project: Pop-Up because it feels like a place where creativity and growth are encouraged as part of the process. As I come further into my second year as a small business owner, I am finding that some parts of my brand are taking on a life of their own. My hope is to continue connecting with my community throughout this experience. I'm excited to continue shaping my brand and seeing what comes next for Posies a la Carte.
