Linocut Printmaking Workshop with NZ Design

In this class students will be introduced to the printmaking process of linocut. The class will cover techniques in carving rubber linoleum, composition/design, ink mixing, and printing. Students will first practice marks on a 2x3 inch block then carve their design onto a 4x6 inch block. Students will then learn how to ink and print their block onto a set of 5 cards. No experience is needed! Students will each go home with their carved block, carving tool, and 5 prints of their design on blank greeting cards with envelopes.

Tickets are $30 plus tax/fees. The materials fee for this class is $15. This is separate from the ticket price and is to reimburse the instructor for any tools or materials used in this class. You may purchase your tickets here.
