UpNext is partnering with the Town of Wakefield to offer an incubator space for emerging brands. Project: Pop-Up offers founders with fresh ideas access to premium space to experiment and expand their concepts.

A Launchpad for Wakefield
Project: Pop-Up is activating a space in a popular business district located on North Ave across from the train station, with ample street parking. This spot offers easy access to I-95, public transportation, downtown Wakefield, and more. Brands have the opportunity to pop up at a subsidized rate, and be provided with access to a suite of resources to help seed their success.

Independent brands and retailers, artists, makers, galleries and other unique cultural or bespoke experiences. Entrepreneurial and forward-thinking concepts encouraged to apply.
